以前前を通ったときに見つけててここ。
中に入ると1組が手前のカウンターにいらっしゃったので奥のカウンター座ります。
お目当ては燻製カレー。
とりあえず初めてなのでプレーンをお願いしました。
マスターが手なべにカレーを入れて温めます。
もっと燻製の匂いがして来るかと思ってましたが、全然匂いなし。もしかして鼻がきかないのか。
暫くするとサラダ。そしてカレーが来ました。
一口頂くと、すごい燻製の香りが。どこを食べても燻製の味がしてきます。
カレーは甘めで、辛いのが好きな方はスモークチリピクルスを入れると辛くなるそう。確かに辛い。
カレーの上に大量の福神漬けがのせてあるのもうれしい。
作り方を伺うと、材料を燻製している様子。チキンとか。
それだけでこんなに燻製の味がつくものなんですね。
初めての燻製カレーは非常に美味しかったです。
今度はお酒も呑める体制で伺います。
