とある8月頭に訪問。
全国から人が集まる…というある種ディープなお店。
移転されたのを契機に初訪問してみました。
最低予算額かつ河豚が売りの店での夏利用という前提の記事です。
こちらの河豚は年中天然ものが食べられるというのが自慢です。
河豚を楽しみつつお鮨が食べられます。
アルコールなど飲み物は持ち込み自由。
ある常連さんはロマネコンティを大量持ち込みしているようです。

ピリ辛仕様。
こりこりさが良いですね。

手巻きのトロからスタート。
塩でいただいたかな…？
海苔も美味しいですね。
しんこ
握りは２貫ずつの提供です。
柔らかさがあり美味しい新子でした。
平貝はかなりの厚み。
大きい個体のものでした。
本まぐろの握りからの河豚の唐揚で終了です。
河豚の唐揚は間違いない美味しさですね。
やはりここは冬場の河豚を予算関係なくいただくのが本来の使い方ではないでしょうか。
それと常連さんと一緒に行くのがスムーズだと思われます。
ただ美味しかったのは間違いないです。
