愛知県名古屋市東区橦木町のステージ橦木 1Fにある生そば 清助にお伺いしました。名古屋市営地下鉄 桜通線 高岳駅から徒歩約13分、名古屋市バス 幹名駅1号01 平田町から徒歩約2分、名古屋市バスなごや観光ルートバス 文化のみち二葉館から徒歩約4分のところにあり、公共交通機関からアクセスしやすいです。自動車でも駐車場が店舗前に3台あるため便利です。店内は静かで、落ち着いた雰囲気です。座席は22席で、個室もあります。
今回は大海老と穴子天麩羅セット（2350円）を注文しました。十割蕎麦はコシもあり食感も良くて、蕎麦の風味を楽しめます。天ぷらもサクサクとしていて、ボリュームもあります。シンプルでとても美味しかったです。
生そば 清助は石臼挽き自家製粉、手打ち十割蕎麦専門店です。国産の厳選した蕎麦の実を石臼で自家製粉、素材を活かした十割蕎麦に仕上げられています。蕎麦汁も特選素材を使用し鰹・昆布・椎茸以外にも、数種類の食材からとった御出汁を絶妙なバランスで合わせられています。また、蕎麦以外にも季節感を大事にした旬の食材を取り入れた天ぷら等の各種料理やお酒も地元愛知県産を含め全国的にも評価の高いものを取り揃えてられています。ビールに日本酒、焼酎・ワイン・ウイスキー等々、特に日本酒にこだわっており各地域の珍しいものも楽しむことができます。
