妻と一緒に「生そば 清助」に行って来ました。
名古屋市東区橦木町に有る石臼挽き自家製粉手打ち十割蕎麦のお店です。
以前、お店に飛び込みで訪れた際、満席で断られたので、
今回は、「食べログ」で予約を入れておきました。
時間通りにお店に到着。
22席有る店内は余り賑わっている様子は無かったですね。
お店の混み具合は、日によって異なるのかも知れません。
それでも、予約はしておいた方が安心でしょう。
注文は妻が十割蕎麦に海老の天麩羅、
私が合鴨・名古屋コーチンつけ蕎麦です。
最初に蕎麦茶が出て来ました。
香ばしい蕎麦の香りが良いですね。
注文から15分程でお料理が供されます。
蕎麦は十割なのに驚く程細く仕上げられています。
蕎麦の香りが良く、ナッツの様な味わいで、とても美味しいですね。
ただ、蕎麦の出来に対して、天麩羅やつけ汁の仕上がりは今一つ。
ちょっと残念ですね。
最後は蕎麦湯で締めます。
濃厚な蕎麦湯も蕎麦同様美味しいです。
このお店は再訪を考えても良いでしょうね。
