The potato salad has a taste for adults, seasoned with tangy yuzu pepper and mellow cream cheese. The ultimate deep-fried tofu has a melt-in-the-mouth taste. The seasonal bamboo shoots had no harsh taste and had been carefully prepared. The seasoning is gentle and comforting. There are 6 to 7 types of platter, and the contents change depending on the day, but all of them are delicious and very satisfying. ✔Bratter Cheese and Aiko Tomato Caprese ¥1,800 A Japanese-style caprese with shiso leaves as the secret ingredient. All of the ingredients are large, so the portions are perfect for sharing. The shrimp are large and plump. It's also delicious served with curry salt. It was rare to be able to enjoy red Tempura, which is popular in the Kansai region, in Nagoya. Whatever I had, it was delicious and I was very satisfied.
