前菜からカキフライのタルタルが！これは嬉しい。
あと、パテドカンパーニュと平目のカルパッチョ。
スープはカブとアーモンドのポタージュ。
これは新しい組み合わせ。アーモンドの香りがほのかに香るスープ。
お待ちかねのカニクリームコロッケ。
中にはしっかりと蟹の身が使われていている。
ハンバーグはまずはそのまま、次にデミグラス、最後に岩塩との話がありその通りに実食。
そのままでもしっかり味がついており、黒毛和牛の旨みがジュワッと広がる。
パンかライスが選べるのだが、奥さんはパン、自分はライスを選択。少しもらったが、パンが思ったより美味しかった。
