平日の20時ごろお邪魔しました。
当日予約で電話を何回かしましたが繋がらず
電源を切られてるようでした。
直接お店に行くと今はコースのみの提供になっているみたいでした。
テーブル席に案内されコーススタート。
前菜が4つほど続きました。
個人的にズワイガニのアメリケーヌが１番のお気に入り。その他は変わった料理が多かったです！
串が到着。
名古屋コーチンのもも、砂肝、ネギ、抱き身、つくね、椎茸がコースの串でした。
コーチンのももは皮はパリパリ身はジューシーで美味しすぎます♡砂肝も間違いなし！！
つくねも美味しくあっさり目のつくねでした。
柔らかくジューシーでした！
椎茸は旨味汁がこれでもかってぐらい
閉じ込められてて美味しすぎる♡
追加でコーチンももとちょうちん、血肝を注文。
ちょうちんもコリコリの身と黄身が最高です！
血肝も柔らかく濃厚で美味しかったです！
串が美味しすぎました。
コースの提供になってしまったのが
私的に残念です。
美味しかったのでまた行きたいです！
