刺し盛りは中トロ、赤身、せんまい、タン、ユッケ色んな部位が入ってて、卵黄と合わせて食べると最高！
カーテンロースも脂が乗ってて火がすぐ入るからさっと炙って食べたよ！柔らかくて美味しかった！
