東区泉にあるビルの２階に２０２４年３月にオープンしたイタリアンのお店、業態変更してリニューアルというカタチみたいですね、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター７席と個室といった造りでなかなかオシャレな雰囲気です。１８時過ぎくらいに入りましたが先客は１組でした。
フードメニューは黒板メニューでいろんな種類のアンティパストに肉料理、魚料理、パスタなんかがありましたね。その中からいただいたのはズッキーニのチーズ焼き、それにアヒージョが食べたかったのですがこの日はメニューになかったのですが無理をいって魚介で作ってもらいました。
まずはズッキーニのチーズ焼き、ズッキーニって大好きなんですよね。それだけで個人的にはポイント高いですが、コレにパリッと香ばしく中はとろ〜りのチーズと相性の良さを見せつけてくれます。
シメにはトマトソースのスパゲッティを注文、フレッシュトマトかホールトマトを潰したソースかを選ばせてくれたのでフレッシュトマトの方をチョイスです。ホールトマトを使った濃厚なトマトソースも好きなんですが、今回はフレッシュトマトの方をチョイス、パスタ自体の茹で加減も絶妙で麺自体の旨みもしっかり、フレッシュトマトの甘みにしっかり効いたニンニク、イタリアンパセリも良いアクセントになっていますね、それにお肉も入っているのかな、どっしりとした脂の旨みも加わってこの辺の味のバランスがなんともお見事ですごく美味しかったです。
アラカルトのお店なので２次会利用とかにも使えそうな感じですね、雰囲気も良かったしパスタもすごく好みだったので機会があればまたお邪魔したいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
