ランチ利用
社員のリクエストでオムライスを頂きました。
オムライスは原則裏メニューです。
よってメニュー記載はありません。
ですが何故か(笑)人気メニューです。
このオムライスはスタンダードな薄め玉子で包んだデミグラスソース系のソースがかかったタイプでチキンライスではなく牛肉ライスになります。
ボリュームも十分でコーヒー付きでの提供です。
個人的には食べ慣れた安心、安定感のあるいつもオムライスになります。
オーナー勇退！
現在の場所へ移転する以前からお世話になって40年余り…
先日、お伺いしたらオーナーから店を若い方に引き継ぎ勇退するとのお話を頂きました。
お店は残り様々な事は継承されるのでしょう…
ステーキ、焼きカツ、ハンバーグ、千代田サラダ、オムライス。
好きなメニューは数知れず。
プライベートで仕事で大変お世話になりました。
