I went to Hishu, which is about a 5-minute walk from Kanayama Station. First of all, even though I had made a reservation, it took a long time to prepare the seven wheels. All salads are sold out. There's only grilled vegetables. The only thing that says Hida beef is the signboard. It's not written on the menu. I thought the price would be expensive if it was normal, but it would be cheap if it was Hida beef. I ate regular green onion Salted beef tongue and skirt steak and wondered if this was Hida beef? Well... I had doubts, so I asked. Not all the meat, but the special loin and the special short ribs are Hida beef, but the others seem to be different. Thick-sliced Cow tongue? I thought it was a little confusing, but the number of Shichirin Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is decreasing, so it was nice to be able to eat here after a long time. The senmai sashimi was delicious.
