上前津駅から徒歩4~5分の所にある
和食の万松さんへ行きました。
大須商店街の万松寺通りから一本奥へ入った
道沿いにあります。
三階建ての和食店ですが､三階の個室のみが
電子煙草ならOKで､それ以外の場所では禁煙
だそうです。
入り口には手指の消毒液が用意されています。
和風の店内には､一階は手前にテーブル席
奥にカウンター席があります。
一階のテーブル席に案内されました。
彩鉢(さわち)御膳 980円を注文します。
日替わりのおかず9種類にごはん､味噌汁が付いて
来ます。ごはんは大盛り無料です。
プラス100円で、食後のコーヒーも注文できます。

春雨のサラダ
ぶりの塩焼き マッシュポテトとブロッコリー乗せ
かつおのたたき 大根とにんじんの千切りと共に

ごはんの量は少なめにしていただきました。
とにかく魚が新鮮で美味しくて､魚料理にこだわる
お店である事を実感しました。
味付けはどれも良い塩梅に工夫されており、
煮物でも濃くなりすぎずに とても食べやすい
印象です。
タンパク質と同時に野菜も摂取出来るように
セットになっていますね。
お酢やごまなどを効果的に使うことで、より
風味豊かになり、食欲をそそります。
デザートのコーヒーゼリーも含めて、どのおかず
を食べても美味しかったです♪♪
生け簀の中では魚が泳いでいました。
牡蠣やあさりなどの貝類も飼われており、
調理に使われるそうです。
お昼時にはお客さんが次々と入店しましたが､
店員さんは威勢良く挨拶して上階にも案内されて
いました。
定期的に換気もされているそうです。
ふぐ料理で有名なお店のようなので、いつか
挑戦してみたいと思います。
コスパの良いランチに大満足しました。
