昨年一度利用し、今回二度目の利用です。
むか～しむかし、会社としても良く使っていたらしいお店ですが、最近はあまり行っていない様子。
この日、二階の掘りごたつの席へと通されましたが、足元にはホットカーペットが敷かれポカポカです。冬場の気遣いなんでしょうね。やはり鍋の季節ですから、こんな気遣いは嬉しいものです。
4人での利用・・・鍋は牡蠣鍋を選択→3人前よろしく!!
出て来た量に絶句。3人前とは言え、想像以上の量。火を通すと小さくはなりますが、このボリュームは素晴らしい(笑)。
他には「究極の出汁巻き卵」だったかな?コーチンの玉子で拵えたものだそうです。薄味で上品な仕上がりですが、価格的にはちょっとお高いようにも思いますね。
そして小生が気になったのは「とこぶし煮」です。
勿論頼みました。あっという間に一皿平らげ、追加オーダー!!
貝類大好きな小生にとって、最高の酒の肴となったのであります。
あとは手羽先・・・塩とタレを所望。
やまちゃんや風来坊とはひと味違う様相であります。お味は・・・あたしゃ風来坊の方が美味しいと思ったのでした。
手羽先の食べ方に準拠し食べたのに・・・ちゃんとお肉が剥がれないよぉ～。
さてさて肝心な牡蠣鍋。お味噌仕立てで、一瞬戸惑ったのですが、食べてみると甘くない・・・これなら食べられます(笑)。
牡蠣や野菜を器にとり、牡蠣をメインに頬張りました。
牡蠣自体は美味しいですな!!
赤味噌に抵抗感を持つ小生ではありますが、徐々に名古屋で慣らされつつあります(笑)。
ゴチになったためトータルの金額は不明。
宴会に使うにはお手頃かも知れません。
一世を風靡した頃もあるようですが、最近はどうなんでしょうね。
ライフスタイルも変わり、昔ながらの接客のまま現在に至るのでしょうが、少し遅れた感じは否めない気がしました。
美味しい食事を提供しているという自信かも知れませんが・・・。
一見さんはちょっと入りづらいかもね?
とは言え美味しくいた炊いて帰りました。御馳走様でした!!
