23,000円/2人のコースで、どれも美味しくいただきました。でも冬瓜の煮物と赤出汁は少ししょっぱかったです。煮穴子はプロの味でした。
アラカルトでいろいろと食べられると、もっと良いかな。

息子の卒業、就職祝いで、乾山さんに行き、家族3人握り寿司の美味しさを堪能しました。
特に穴子やいくら、マグロが美味しいと妻がつぶやいていました。
店内も落ち着いた雰囲気で、奮発した甲斐がありました。
カウンターでいただくのであれば予約必須です。旬なお魚斗大将のトークでいつも楽しく美味しく頂いてます。

食べログ評価をみて行きましたが残念。
酢飯もいまいち。
従業員の連携もとれていないのか注文したものがでてこなかった。
13000円のコース 寿司がマズい！他はまずまず
ずいぶん前、オープン当時にお世話になりました。がりまで美味しかった記憶があります。
