軽い送別会でホテルの鮨ランチ。窓際のテーブル席で眺望が良いです。
前菜の蛸の柔らか煮、上手な仕上がりです。
長い器にお鮨がまずは3カン、青物中心で登場。ネタ・シャリ共に小振りなにぎりです。
2つ目の長皿には、ウニ・イクラ・中トロ・真鯛・蒸し海老・子持ち昆布～ズラリと綺麗に並んできました。
続いて蒸し穴子が柚子塩とタレで、さらには鉄火細巻きまで…小振りで少し乾燥気味？な盛り合わせでしたが、量や種類はかなりのモノで、お腹いっぱいになりました。
お味は正直全般的に…ですが、眺めの良いシチュエーションと多種の握りで会食としては楽しめます。
