金山 ANAクラウンホテルグランコート名古屋２９階にある中華レストランだ。
ただいま地産地消フェアと称したメニューがある。そのコースランチを頂いた。
食事を待つ間、大きな窓の外に広がる景色を眺めた。テーブルには「眺望案内」なるものも置かれていた。都心部なので、ひたすらビルばかりなのだが、遠くには御嶽山を見ることができる。
まずは、ドリンクをオーダー。スパークリングワインのライチを注文した。
グラスの中に、皮をむかれたライチがひとつ。そこにワインを注ぐ。ライチの香りがする。そして飲んでみると、ほのかにライチの味がした。
◆奥三河鶏の冷菜
蒸し鶏にキュウリとトマトが添えてあった。上に添えられたソース？がよく合っておいしかった。
◆蒸し点心二種盛り合わせ
皮がモチモチでおいしい！中から熱々のスープがじわ～と出てきて口をやけどしそうだった～。
◆源氏和牛ミンチの豆腐のスープ
今までに味わったことのない味。なんだろうか。ちょっぴり漢方っぽいような感じ。
源氏和牛って、なんだろう、とググってみた。関谷醸造（設楽町）の銘酒「蓬莱泉」の酒かすを与えて育てた鳳来牛を「源氏和牛」というそうな。
◆三河産ブロッコリーと海老の炒め
これもおいしかったなぁ。味付けは絶妙。ブロッコリーはシャキッとしていたし、海老はぷりぷりだった。
◆みかわ豚バラ肉と葉にんにくの回鍋肉
豚肉はちょっとかたいものもあったけど、味付けは抜群。
◆三河産レタスとサーモン入り炒飯
ぱらりはらりの炒飯。味は薄すぎず、濃すぎず。食事の締めにぴったりだった。
◆本日のデザート クッキーとタピオカミルク
タピオカミルク、最高！優しい甘みにタピオカの食感。お代わりしたいくらいだったなあ。
フロアには仕切りは特になくテーブルが並べられている。間隔は十分に取られているので、窮屈に感じることはなかった。
