平日のお昼前に訪問しました。
12時を過ぎると続々とお客さんがやってきます。
人気店ですね。
店内はゆったりと落ち着いた雰囲気です。
和牛カルビ、和牛ちからこぶ、牛味噌焼きのほか、焼き野菜、サラダ、スープ、ライスのつくスギモト特製ランチを注文しました。
ライスは白米のほか、十六穀米も注文できます。
こちらのお肉はどれもきちんとした下処理がなされており、和牛カルビ、ちからこぶは和牛の旨みをしっかりと感じます。
牛味噌焼きはしっかりめの味がついており、ご飯とよく合います。
レベルの高い焼肉です。
精肉店の営むお店だけありますね。
付け合わせの焼き野菜のタマネギ、にんじん、ししとう、エリンギは、ありきたりの食材ですが、どれもしっかりとした味を感じます。
いいものを仕入れているのがよくわかります。
この価格でこのレベルのランチが食べられるのはとてもお得だと思います。
混んでる理由がよくわかります。
