名古屋市営地下鉄名城線 上前津駅の近くにある、地元民に愛される鉄板焼きのお店で「じゃんじゃん焼き」が名物です。
この日は社内の会食で訪問しました。
なんとも言えない、昭和的な雰囲気が残っている良いお店ですね。
じゃんじゃん焼きが来る前に、先に来たのは「味噌ホル」です。
これがうまい！
しっかりと豆味噌特有の、後味の余韻を感じる事ができます。
ホルモンも臭みはあまりなく、食感が非常に良いですね。
とても美味しいです。
そしてしばらくすると、名物のじゃんじゃん焼きが出てきました！
すごいですね、このインパクト！
花火が刺さっており、崩したお肉ともやし・ニンニクを一緒に食べるスタイルです。
見た目のインパクトに負けないクオリティです。
様々なニーズに合わせて、様々な業態のお店が星の数ほど生まれては消え、している中で、こういう昭和の雰囲気を醸し出している、地元民に愛されるお店は、今や貴重です。
