前菜からデセールまで全部すごく美味しかった。
お店の雰囲気も落ち着いていてすごく良く、ホスピタリティもある。
素晴らしいお店で感動しました。
鶴舞駅から徒歩10分ほど。
開店時間の11:30に予約して伺いました。

前菜のカルパッチョは、サーモンにキャビアが乗せられたもの。
サーモンは肉厚で食感がしっかりしてて、美味しい。
キウイのソースなんて初めてだったけどすごく美味しかった。
フォアグラのフラン。
これはめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
トリュフの強烈な香りで食欲を掻き立てられて、複雑で濃厚な味にびっくり。
フラン、初めて食べたけど、プリンのような、茶碗蒸しのような、茶碗蒸しよりは重量感があって本当に美味しかった。
メインは鴨を選択。
柔らかくて美味しかった。
ソースも付け合わせの野菜も美味しかった。
連れの「栗豚」も食べさせて貰ったけど、すごく柔らかくてめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
最後にデセール。
マンゴーのシャーベットがめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
大満足。
また来たい。
