鶴舞駅から北にいったところの地下にあるフレンチレストランです。
以前から気になっておりました。
一度当日予約では満席だったので前もって予約していきました。
このときの対応から期待値が上がりました(笑)

前菜や温菜にメインがあるコースです。
各々選択制となっていて、ものによっては追加料金がかかってくる感じです。

本日の鮮魚のカルパッチョ キウイソース
この日は、サーモンでした。
量もしっかりあります。
キウイソースがとても美味しかったです。

フランスパン系でバターつきです。
温かく美味しかったです。

フォアグラのフラン トリュフのソース
サーブの際にスペシャリテと教えていただけました。
サーブの瞬間トリュフの香りがすごいです。
中もとても美味しく、器との焦げた部分がまた濃厚でとても美味しかったです。

鴨ロースのロティ 赤果実のソース
メインです。
赤果実にワインを使ったソースは濃厚でいて鴨によくあいます。
何よりも付け合わせ含めてボリュームがあるのもすごいですね。

ガトークラシックショコラとマンゴーシャーベット
フルーツも添えてありマンゴーシャーベットもがっつりあります。
美味しかったです。
エスプレッソを飲んで終了。
