創業から20年目を迎えるにあたり、ご主人が営業権を企業に譲渡し、2022年1月より新しい体制で営業が開始されている。
出汁や蕎麦の味は引き継がれ、スタッフも何名かは残っていて、それほど影響はないかなって感じだった。
早々に日替わりランチは完売していたので、ミニ親子丼とざるそば (1,020円）を頼んだ。
行った日の二八蕎麦は群馬県産キタ早生種だった。
北海道産の9割は北早生そばで、早育種の蕎麦。
そばより、親子丼の方が美味しかった。
