昔 母が尾頭橋を通りがかると 必ずと言っていいほど こちらのお店で 箱いっぱいの最中を買ってきて私に食べろ〜食べろ〜と強制しました。
その頃は 私も若く 最中の良さを全く知りませんでしたので 拒否っておりました。
しかし この頃 最中が美味しい美味しい。
やはり 血だわ。
仙太郎さんの最中も 大きくダイナミックで美味しいのですが
こちらのお店の最中は ちょうど良い大きさ。
安い最中は あずきの皮が気になる事がありますが こちらお店のあんこは スムーズでストレスなくいただけます。

最中の皮を パンぽく
四角く厚めに焼いて
その上に 餡子をのせて
小倉トーストぽくいただくお菓子なんだが
最中と 同じ素材を使いながらも
食感が 最中とは ちょっと変わって
これはこれで 美味しかったです(*´ч`*)
