祝日G.W.晴れ。9：50頃訪問。店内は会計待ちや包装待ちの客で混み合う。
熱田区のある和菓子屋さんでは黄飯や御霊ご飯(黒豆に餅米-白色)はやらないそうで、不朽園さんに来れば、当日でも五月の節句の時の黄飯や赤飯が購入出来る。
黄飯は、名古屋など、この辺りの食文化の様である。
ご飯と生菓子は当日まで。生菓子(鯉のぼり)・チマキの賞味期限は翌日。
食べる時を優先し、乾燥防止のため、パックから出さずにお供え…、で、食べた柏餅が、とても瑞々しい。
