Kushitatsu and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) are also serious! Freshness is the key to beef offal. We purchase our products every day with a focus on freshness and plumpness of fat. We visited soy sauce manufacturers in Hakata many times to carefully examine the seasonings. I have recreated Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) that I used to eat in Hakata. We are proud of the authentic taste that even the locals will appreciate. The final Champon noodles are carefully selected and ordered from a noodle factory in Yokohama. Champon noodles have a texture like no other, so please try it as a finishing touch♪ |
GO TO EATのポイントを3月中に使わないといけないと妻が選んでくれたお店です。2人の会社帰りに待ち合わせに便利な金山で探したようです。アスナルの裏手で少し静かな場所でした。ところで「串たつ」さんって・・・。遥か昔に行ったことのある名前、赤ピンクの看板のレトロな焼き鳥屋さんで面白い大将がいたお店と同じ名前。でもこちらはとても綺麗で名駅にも2店舗あるチェーンなのでやっぱり違うのかな。コース料理は当たりでした。串物ももちろん美味しいけど明太子ホルモン鍋が抜群、ラーメンも良かったな。手羽先も◯◯坊より美味しいかも。串を焼いてる店長もテキパキとした動きで感じ良いし。ここは会社の帰りにいいんじゃない？って事で意見が一致、期待値以上のお店でした。
