Perfectly balanced pork bone Ramen
I'm tired from work today, and my throat feels swollen. I want to eat pork bone Ramen that can be eaten quickly. That's right, it's the noodle shop Harajuku that I've been saving for a while. I bought Tonkotsu (white) All Stars for 1,250 yen from the ticket vending machine, following the principle of "buying the first item on the menu when it's your first time." The interior of the store has a woodgrain interior, and although the woodgrain print on the counter is peeling off, it is well kept and has a clean feel. The staff consists of three people: a staff member who appears to be the store manager, who is in charge of the cooking, a mysterious Southeast Asian man who is in charge of the hall, and a mysterious South American man who is in charge of the washing. Everyone except the manager is curt, but he doesn't seem to be in a bad mood. I was guided to a counter where every other person was seated, I put my luggage in a deep shelf under the counter, and after waiting for 5 minutes, Ramen which looked quite nice, was brought to me. The ingredients are mustard greens, mentaiko, seaweed, green onions, thick meat, wood ear mushrooms, flavored eggs, kimchi, and cinnabar mushrooms, making this a truly all-star dish. The noodles had a firm and crisp texture, and the soup had a barely tolerable odor. I hear that the smell is at its peak in Fukuoka, the home of Fukuoka, but I can feel the technique in keeping it to a minimum. I finally found a pork bone Ramen in Kanayama with a perfect balance that makes me want to come back again. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I passed through Asunal and was sucked into the noodle shop Harajuku. I bought Tonkotsu (black) All Stars from the ticket vending machine for 1,360 yen. This time, the staff was made up of only Japanese people, two veterans and a young female clerk, which made me feel at ease. The work is as polite as ever, the seats are spacious, and I feel it's worth the price. My colleague at work, who was born in Fukuoka, told me that you can't put mentaiko on Ramen, but that's a charm. If you want to eat some local-style tonkotsu Ramen, we recommend this place in Kanayama. By the way, for some reason, the cable at this store was always in the 90's, and at this time it was Globe's Can't Stop Fallin' in Love.
