とんちゃんてのもまた名古屋の食べ物ですよね。甘辛味噌の豚ホルモン焼き。これがまた美味いんだ。酒が進むんだわな。
近くのおったまげた繁盛店、角屋から歩いて比較的近く。隣にきれいな新館はなれがあるのだが、どうせなら本館のモクモクに突入したい。笑
ということで入れるか聞いたらOKということで潜入です。
メニューは写真の通りめちゃくちゃやすい。笑
なんだこりゃ。笑
とんちゃんは秘伝の味噌だれ。これがやばい。
ご飯進んじゃうやつですね。私たちは飲んでいたのでご飯はいきませんでしたが。
カルビやさがりなどの肉の部位もうまいぞ。
一斉にお客さんが焼き始めるとモクモク。
ここもまた名古屋を代表とする名店でしょう。また行きたい！
