大須のビル内にあるお店です。
何度か訪問してみますが、投稿が一つもありませんでした。
今回は【四川風魚煮込み】【天津炒飯】を注文です。
刀削麺は以前、汁あり、汁なしどちらも食べたことがありますが、
麺は悪くないのに味付けが微妙で半分くらいで飽きた記憶があります。
四川風魚煮込み、いわゆる「水煮魚」ですが辛さ控えめ、
トウガラシなどは入っていますが味がやっぱり単調。
他のお店だと様々な香辛料で複雑な物もありますが、
こちらは麺類の時と同じでやっぱり味付けが微妙。
天津炒飯は玉子がしっかり火が入っているタイプで、
最近流行りのふんわり半熟系ではないですが、悪くはないです。
やっぱりこちらは汁物の味付けが微妙なんじゃないかと。
次の機会があれば炒め系を試してみたいと思います。
