外は真っ白な壁で、カフェっぽくないです。
中は薄暗く、カウンターの一席一席にピンスポットが当たり、その先には花びらが散りばめられ、個性的なbarの雰囲気。
深煎り珈琲1500円をオーダー。
立体的な装飾の施された素敵なカップでサーブです、まるで花びらの泉に浮かんでいるよう…あら、ソーサーまで温かい！
珈琲初心者でも分かる香り良く、コク深いお味。
グラスになにやら燻した煙を溜めてなにかやってると思ったら、燻香の移されたレモネードをサービスしていただけました☆
低温で抽出されたというレモンエキスは苦味も酸味すらもない、トロリとした香りと旨味の液体、こりゃ美味しい(*ﾟ∀ﾟ人ﾟ∀ﾟ*)♪
