ヒロシのような金髪の雰囲気のある店主がおひとり。奥の席から2番目 3番目の席だと美しい手順でコーヒーを入れる匠技を鑑賞できて楽しい。
コーヒーの香りが楽しく、淹れるとゆっくりとコーヒーが火山の噴火前に地面が隆起するように盛り上がっていくのがわかる。最初はお湯をぽたぽた蒸らしながら、徐々にお湯の量を増やすとできるようー 匠技☺️
神戸荻原のチーズケーキ 蜂蜜 胡椒が添えられている。胡椒の上品さが美しい。珈琲という主役に寄り添うように佇む名脇役。300円
