A black coffee specialty store that is only open for 4 hours from 14:00 to 18:00. Black coffee (1,500 yen) only, available hot or iced. The coffee cup I was served was an antique Meissen/X-form gold-colored navy blue cup, and I think it's worth enough money to buy an iPhone 15. The coffee is dark roasted using charcoal roasting, mainly from Brazilian coffee beans.The beans are ground after an order is placed, and the coffee is brewed using a hand drip method while creating a coffee dome. Considering the shape of this coffee dome and the conditions and factors that make it easy to swell, it seems that a tremendous amount of care and effort has been taken to ensure that the water used has a pH value of 7.8 and that the coffee beans are carefully selected by hand. I thought it was a restaurant where you could enjoy concentrating on the coffee served in front of you in a fantastical space.
