言わずと知れた
味噌カツの名店です。
時刻は11時。1番に入店
清潔感のある店内はカウンター4にテーブル3。
テーブルに座る。
そしてもちろん味噌とんかつ定食を注文。
5分ほどで着とん。
見た目はどろっとして濃厚な感じです。
ガツンときそうな予感。
まずは一口。
意表をつくマイルド系。
味は上品で甘めの味噌が実に優しい。
肉は最高に柔らかくクドさがないです。
白飯を追っかけで口に放り込み
赤だしで流し込む。
最高のコンボ。
今日もごちそうさまでした。
