13:30頃に伺いましたが、チャーシューは品薄ということチャーシューメン不可とのことで、カレーラーメンをいただきました。
大将曰く、チャーシューメンを食べたいなら11:40ぐらいまでに来店マストのようで私の調査不足でした。(^^;)
カレースープは出汁の深みが際立つベースのおかげで最後まで飲み干したくなる美味しさ。麺は中太ストレート麺でそこそこ。個人的にはちぢれ麺で食べてみたくなりました。
通常ラーメンでもデフォルトで1〜2枚ついているチャーシューは適度な脂身と塩気のある下味がしっかりしていてスープに染み込ませると絶品！
次回は大盛りラーメンよりも、チャーシューメン（醤油、味噌、カレーいずれも可）にライスを付けて楽しみたいです。(^^)
ご夫婦でのツーオペですが、特にご夫人はお会計の度にお客様一人ひとりに最低5回は「ありがとうぉ」を繰り返し、私のような初顔客にも親切な接客で心が洗われる気持ちになりました。
