日曜ともあり、とても忙しそうでした。串揚げレポートの合間にお好み焼きを食べたくなり、しらかわに来ました。
まずドリンクオーダー。続いて塩ミノ鉄板焼き、明石焼、焼きそばは、ニラ肉ソバ、お好みは五目にしました。んー満足。シンプルで、学生時代から食べているだけに、安心できる美味しさ！
気取らない大将が感じよく大満足です。
塩ミノは好みがありますが、これもやめられない止まらないです。
明石焼はふわふわ卵でおだしも美味しくますはアツアツで冷めないうちに食べてちょっとひと段落。
焼きそばのニラ肉は、麺太めにしっかりソースがからまってニラとひき肉が絶品です。
お好み焼きは、大阪風のぽってりソース味、マヨネーズが良く合います。
昔のしらかわからは、考えられない位い綺麗なお店になり、若いお客様が随分増えています。デートにも良いです。
お安いのも魅力的です。
