金山の美術館に行く機会があったので尾頭橋まで足を伸ばして念願の葉栗屋さんへ
創業96年になるこちらのお店の名物はなんといっても味噌カツライスの爆盛りキャベツ！
爆盛りと言っていますが写真のキャベツ量は普通盛り
そこから漫画トネガワに出てきたカツ澤のように下に刻むタイプ
もちろん普通盛りで注文したら目の前には標高25cmのキャベツ山！
上りではなく下りですが滑落しないように下山していくのですがとにかく密度がすごい！すでに5号目で満腹感が半端ない…
とはいえSNSの為に頼んだと思われるのも嫌なので意地で下山！
何度もテレビチャンピオンの「最後の一口が進まない」のナレーションを思い出しつつ完食！
持ち込みのドレッシングも可能とのことで次回はマヨネーズ必須で再チャレンジですな（笑）
