ミシュランで星3つを獲得したお店です。駅からは少し離れていますが、その分落ち着いたところにあります。外観は「和」で厳かな雰囲気。入店前に緊張してしまいました。店内は広くはありませんが、1人あたりのスペースは十分に確保されています。私たちはカウンター席に案内していただいたので、実際に職人さんの手さばきを見ることもできました。
実際にいただくと他のお店とは全然違う味わいです。海鮮自体もそうなのですが、違いを生み出しているのはなんといっても味付けやこだわりだと思います。手つきがすごく丁寧で、細部までの気の使いを感じました。
中でも特に美味しかったのは中トロです。口の中に入れた瞬間にとろけてしまう柔らかさがある一方で、旨味はいつまでも残ります。たっぷり乗った脂や他にはないコク。まさに絶品といえる一品でした。
こちらのお店は文句なく、私が今まで行った中で一番美味しいお寿司屋さんでした。
最近では、ミシュランでの星3つ獲得もあって、なかなか予約ができないそうです。電話が繋がらないというお話もチラホラ聞きます。その中で、たまたま予約が取れたのはとてもラッキーでした。金額はしますが、それ以上の満足感、幸福感が得られます。本当に美味しいお寿司が食べたい方、是非オススメです。
