今日のベスト一品は！！？？ というのは私の完全な個人的意見を元に注文して頼んだ料理のなかから１番美味しかったオススメの一品を紹介してます！ 是非このお店に行った時は注文してみてください！ 美味しかった！不味かった！など好みはあるかもしれませんが、初めて行くかたのために参考になれば幸いです。
ミシュラン3つ星に選ばれとても予約困難になっているとのお寿司屋さんで、今回は友人に予約を譲ってもらい訪問！
うん、美味しい！
寿司の握り加減や味付け、ネタ自体はそんなに創作的な小細工をするのではなく、ネタ本来の旨味とシャリが絶妙にマッチしている感じ。
