名古屋で最も予約の取れない寿司屋らしいですが、常連さんのありがたいお誘いで伺えました。シャリは赤酢3種ブレンドらしいが、熟成酢などは使っておらず、どのネタにもよく合うバランスの良いタイプ。塩味も控えめにしてるらしい。私はネタより主張の強いシャリが好きじゃないので、寿司の一部としてネタの美味しさをさらに引き出してくれるここのシャリはかなり好みでした。良いお仕事をされており、赤身も、白身も、ひかりものも、どれも美味しく、非の打ち所がない感じ。追加せずとも満足できました。もう少し食べたいとは思いましたが、流れや構成も良かったので、追加をするのが無粋に感じてしまう。素晴らしいお寿司でした。初訪問でここまで感動できたのは久しぶりです。ごちそうさまでした。また伺いたく思います。
