常連様にお誘いいただきお邪魔出来ました。
訪問してすぐに美人女将さんがご案内していただき初めにビールをオーダー
大将は口数は少ないものの素敵な雰囲気を放っていていました
にぎりはマグロが美味しいのは当然ですが海老、穴子がこの日は絶品でした
海老は頭側の身がボイルしてあり色が鮮やかで
その先からグラデーションで生になっていました
ボイルの味わいから生の味わいを堪能させていただきました
