とある出張族の課長さんが、ここの鰻が最高に美味しい
と、聴き、何年か経っての訪問。
お店は、お店があるビルが建ってからある と 云う。
たぶん、30年以上の歴史。
当然、以前は「ひつまぶし」は提供されていなかった
だろうが、現在は提供する。
お店のご主人は、寡黙な人物で、調理に専念。
当日のオーダー
・鰻丼 並 2900円
・う巻き 1700円
・中瓶ビール 550円
う巻きは、 甘めに味付。
鰻丼は、 肉厚のある名古屋味の鰻。
お吸い物は、並なのか肝吸いではない。
場所
高山ラーメンの「真砂」の横の横。
カインズホーム 白金店 の 堀川沿いの反対。
金山総合駅からだと 20分くらいかな？
自分は、熱田の自宅で歩行で訪問。
