糖質制限中のランチでここ。
ここだったらご飯を食べなくても済みます
野菜中心で、野菜たっぷり炒め、手作り玉子焼きハーフ、和風豆腐サラダ、豚汁ミニを取って席に座ります。
すぐに店員さんが来てくれて、取ったものの計算をしてくれ、温めるものはないか聞いてくれます。基本的に冷めたおかずが好きな私は、なにも温めずに頂きます。
このご飯を食べずにおかずを食べる食事。いつも贅沢だと妻に言われますが、糖質抜くってこういうことですよね。ダイエットのために仕方ないと説明するも理解は得られません。
本日のお支払いは合計770円。いつもは1000円超えるので控えめにできました。
