今夜の夕飯は名古屋まで食べに来ました。こちらは前々より母親を定期的な治癒に名古屋第一赤十字病院に送りがてら気になってた尾頭橋にある。めしや食堂。中に入ってびっくりしたのは好きなおかずを自分で好きなだけ取るタイプのザめしやに酷似したお店ながらナント経営母体はザめしや！只、ザめしやと違う所は完全セルフサービスです。
おかずが並ぶ冷蔵庫からやりいか糸造り290円におろしちりめん100円に天ぷら盛り合わせ190円に今が旬の松茸ご飯360円に湯葉の赤出汁90円を。天ぷら盛り合わせだけレンジで温めていただきました。先ずはやりいかの糸造りから包丁で細く切られて山葵醬油でいただきます。やりいかが鮮度良く柔らかくて美味い！付け合わせの大根の妻もさっぱりして良い。じゃこおろしはセルフコーナーからミツカン酢をかけて酢でさっぱりジャスターゼが摂取でき身体に優しい。天ぷら盛り合わせは海老、茄子天、キス天、蓮根天、ししとう天付き。揚げてから時間が経つがレンジで温めても割にカラッとして天つゆに浸して中々旨い。今が旬の松茸ご飯は松茸こそ細かく刻んでいるが妙に香りが良く秋を感じる。湯葉の赤出汁は湯葉が細かく刻んであり赤出汁の具材としては中々のものだ。好きなおかずを好きなだけ取る。結構高く付くけど合計1103円なら御の字だ。ザめしやが経営母体なだけに安定して良い。
