今日は「沖縄そばの日」なんで仕事帰りに大須のオキナワカフェさんに寄ってくです。
8年も大須で働いてたのにこの辺のお店ほとんど入ったことないんですよねぇ…
店内のゆる〜い沖縄音楽が時間の流れが変わったみたいでいい感じです。
実は恥ずかしながらこの歳にして(たぶん?)初沖縄そばなんですよ(笑)
明らかに和風出汁のスープなんですが慣れ親しんだそばやうどんのスープとは違う新しい感覚ですよ。
太めの中華麺もラーメンとは違う食感で悪くないです。
ラフテーも柔らかくていい感じです。
これはあっさりしたモノを食べたい時の選択肢に完全に加わったですよ。
