休日の昼、今日は前から行きたかった中華料理の相羽へ。
こちらのお店、いつも電車の中から見えていて、気になっていたんですよねえ。そんな時、テレビでこちらのお店の白い天津飯を特集していたものだから、一気に行きたくなっていってきました。
場所は山王。名鉄線沿い。駐車場は線路とは反対側の道路を300mほど進んだところにあります。店の大きさにしたらすごく大きい駐車場です。
混むだろうから、開店直後に訪問。すでに２組３名がいました。３人とも地元っぽい。
お昼はリーズナブルなランチがあるようですが、食べたかったのは白い天津飯なのでランチはスルーｗ
相羽の天津飯(690円）
餃子(420円）
まずは天津飯。卵の白身だけを使ったような白い天津飯です。なるほど、これは初めて見る感じだわｗ
食べてみると、あっさりとして食べやすい。普通の天津飯をすごくあっさりしたような感じですね。病み明けとか食欲のない日にはよいかもしれない。あっさりとした味なのでさらっとすぐに食べられちゃいますね。
そして天津飯を食べ終えて10分ほど経った後でようやく餃子が到着。結構焦げ目が目立ちますね。(^ー^;A
食べてみると、やっぱり焦げが目立ちます。うーん。これは微妙ｗ
気になっていたお店がようやく行けたのでよかったですｗ
