平日開店直前にならんで入店。先客４。イチオシ料理を両方食べようとステーキ丼並540円＋牛味噌ホルモン842円＝1382円を注文。焼き肉屋だがしみついたにおいや卓のべたべた感、こびりつきなどがなく服を気にしなくても気軽に入れます。７分でステーキ丼着丼、８分でホルモン着皿。ステーキはこの価格でこの柔らかさと味わいは上満足。焼き加減もレア感十分、ライスなしでも食べられる塩加減で噛むほどに口に広がる肉の旨味。ごはんを半分こしてステーキたいらげ、そこに味噌ホルモンをどーんとのせてホルモン丼に。メニューにもホルモン丼あるが972円。ライスと味噌汁が130円の計算になるので、お腹空いてるなら1512円で両方楽しむのもよし。味噌ホルモンはぷりっとねっとりのW食感と味噌の風味と甘みが印象深くまた食べたくなります。
