を購入
生中飲んで待ってるとまもなく着麺
スープは醤油ベースの味はしっかりしてるが
あっさり目
チャーシューやメンマ、ナルトなど
具がいっぱい入っていて嬉しい
特にチャーシューは炙られていて
香ばしさと醤油スープにとても合う
麺はツルっとモチモチで喉越しよく
醤油ベースのスープによく絡む
醤油ベースのつけ麺はあまり食べないけど
豆天狗さんのこのつけ麺はクセになりそう。
とても美味しかった。

無性にあのつけ麺が食べたくなって
「つけめん 豆天狗 名古屋金山店」さんへ
平日11時半頃で座れはしたが、すぐ満席
つけ麺てんこもり（3玉）
生中 をオーダー
生中飲みつつ待ってると着麺
3玉初挑戦で量にびっくりしたが
麺のうまさとクセになる醤油のスープで
あっという間に完食
このスープはホントに美味しく
ふと食べたくなりますね。
