高山ラーメンを継承するラーメンチェーン店。
だったはず。
かつてはファミレスみたいなラーメン屋だと思っていましたが、こちらは昔から営業してる雰囲気のあるお店です。
奥に細いカウンターのみの構え。
入口で食券機にて選べるラーメンは、
つけ麺
まぜそば
油そば
中華そば
なんか、高山ラーメンのあっさり醤油と、ちぢれ麺はどこにいったのか、イメージと違うお店です。
せっかく来たので、つけそば900円からの、特盛+100円を選択。もちろん熱盛りで。
あっさり中華スープは、大勝軒のような酸っぱさはなく、只々中華スープ。
ちょいまろやかで、濃厚なスープです。
最初はいいですけど、次第に飽きがくるのかな。
最後の方は、お腹いっぱいでギブアップ気味。
そういえばご近所に老舗高山ラーメンの『真砂そば』がありました。
今度、行ってみようかな、
