今では全国にお店を展開しているが、歌志軒の本店はこの昭和区の川沿いのお店。通常の油そばでなく、台湾ミンチと卵黄が乗った無双焔を。台湾ミンチのピリ辛感が美味しく、もっちり麺に卵黄が旨い。ラー油とすり胡麻をしっかりかけて食べるのが好き。
