When I was looking for a restaurant on Sunday, most of the restaurants I wanted to go to were closed, and while it was fun to go to the first one, it wasn't very good. Meanwhile, I was looking for the second one ( ˇ◡ˇ)♡(ˇ◡ˇ ) From Kamimaezu Station, I passed the beckoning cat and the maid cafe, and it was right next to my favorite Taiyaki restaurant! I was so happy to be able to drink with my friends for the first time in a while. It seems to be used for Mikawa chicken, and the heart in the photo is quite large, so I had high expectations for it. The appetizer was grated daikon radish with sweet and sour sauce and a little bit of ginger on top. It was refreshing and delicious. The things we ordered were: ✳︎ Heart ✳︎ Gizzard ✳︎ Bonjiri ✳︎ Soliles (The meat attached to the hollow at the base of the thigh. Soliles is a French word that means “those who leave this behind are foolish.” It means that it is so delicious. Muscular ✳︎Connection (refers to the part of the aorta that connects the chicken heart and liver. It has a good texture. The rich fat from the heart and the delicious flavor from the liver). I like it because you can enjoy both.It is also called Akahimo Yashinmoto) ✳︎Shishito pepper ✳︎Chilled tomato As for the sour drinks, the only fruit-based drink is lemon, but it was nice because it had Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) feel! There was a young lady standing at the grill, which was cool∠(･`з´･) Basically, everything is served rare. Apparently, you can also grill it well. Apparently they don't serve sashimi in the summer. The staff and regular customers seemed to be having fun chatting with each other. It's a restaurant with a nice atmosphere that I would like to go to again. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal.
