大須炭火焼鳥こっこや
大須の商店街にある炭火焼鳥がおいしい店があると聞いたので行ってきました
店に入ると小さい店でカウンターが焼台の近くあったのでそこに座りました
鮮度にこだわっでる店で焼き鳥はほぼレアで提供してくれます！
中々めずらしいと思いますのでレアで食べたい人はよかったらどうぞ
もちろん苦手な人は注文のときに言えばちゃんと火を焼いてくれます

ハツはめっちゃプリプリで焼き方も絶妙でめっちゃうまかったです！
肝もプルプルで
皮もカリカリに焼かれてせせりやつくねもクオリティ高かったです
焼きおにぎりも炭で焼いてくれてて
とてもおいしかったです！
スープもとても濃厚でした
椎茸は上のかつお節が生きてるようでわさわさ動いてました！
肝とハツがうますぎておかわりしました！
焼いてる時に鶏の油ぽいのや水や酒など
いろいろ工夫しながらつけて焼いてましたが
何をつけて焼いてるんですか？
と聞いたら企業秘密です（笑）
と言われてしまいましたが本当に焼き鳥の鮮度も焼き方も絶妙でおいしかったです！
店員さんの接客もよくてすばらしい店でした！
たまたま今日働くの初めてですて言ってた女のスタッフもとても愛想よくてかわいくて
キッチンのスタッフもとても目配りすごくて
いい店でした
焼いた焼き鳥を焼き立てですぐにだしてくれるのがよかったです！
たまに忙しい店行くと料理でててもホールさんが持ってけなくて冷めてるとかあるのですがここは絶妙な焼き立てをくれます！
いろんな焼鳥の店行きましたが最近一番おいしかったです！また行きます
