大須のビルの中にあるインド料理屋さん。
意外と、インド料理only屋さんって珍しいと思う。
だいたいネパール料理やパキスタン料理を兼ねたお店が多い？
私の大雑把な舌じゃ、違いとかよく分からないから、おいしければ何でもいいや～
野菜ビリヤニ、ライタ、野菜パコラ、野菜のカトレット、ローズラッシーを注文。
野菜とヨーグルトでヘルシーかと思いきや、揚げ物と炭水化物ばかりなのでそうでもない＼(^o^)／
ベジタブルビリヤニは、名前の通り具が野菜のインド炊き込みご飯。
あっさり味で、お野菜ゴロゴロ。お肉の代わりにプニプニしたパニール(インドのチーズ)が入ってる♪
ライタはインドのヨーグルトサラダ。塩気が強めです。
2品とも彩りがとてもきれい！
注文時、店員さんに｢日本米で良い？｣と確認されたのでインド米もあるのか聞いてみると値段が高くなるけどあるとの事。
なので、インド米でお願いしました。ライタかけて食べるなら、パラパラご飯の方がいいなって思うし。
量がたっぷりなので(たぶん、1皿二人分くらいある)、1人ならビリヤニ単品＋ライタにスープやカレーを付けるとか、何人かでシェアするのがいいかもです(*^^*)
野菜パコラは、衣が小麦粉ではなく豆粉なインドの天ぷら。
サクサク·····というかカリカリ♪
野菜はジャガイモ、ピーマン、玉ねぎでした。ケチャップ付いてくるけどスパイスかかってるのでそのままでもイケる。
野菜のカトレットは、インドのコロッケ。
見た目は普通の芋コロッケだけど、味付けは全然違う！
一見いちごラッシーに見えるローズラッシーは、結構あまーい。薔薇の香りがほんのりする(* ॑꒳ ॑* )❁⃘*.ﾟ
